Licensee Transferring or Terminating

If you are transferring a licensee into your company, to another company, or returning their license, please make sure you are using the most up to date “Realtor/Licensee Status Change Form”.  (Click here for a copy)

When making changes, especially if a licensee is transferring to your company, please include their most up-to-date contact information. It really helps in cutting down on duplicate efforts on our part when trying to keep licensee records accurate within the MLS.

As a reminder, we cannot make changes to our records until you make sure you have done your part in making changes with the DOS (eAccessNY).
