New Licensee Sign-up

When you have a new licensee joining with your company (first time with GSAR/CNYIS) sign ups typically take place on Thursdays at 10:00am. The new member needs to schedule this in advance with Danielle Mizon. Before Danielle can set up an appointment with your new licensee, the “REALTOR/Licensee Membership Application” (click here for the most recent version) needs to be filled out by the licensee, signed by the broker on page 3 and then sent over to Danielle by email or fax by 3:00pm on Tuesday of the week the licensee is looking to join.  A staff person will reach out to the licensee to finalize the date the licensee will come in to join.  We cannot join new licensees without a license showing under the current brokerage on eAccessNY.
